"This was my first time to sell a home. Before I first met with Joel Hall, I had imagined that selling a home - 500 miles away in a different state - would have to be a nightmare and a constant headache. Fortunately, that was not so at all! I am extremely happy to say that Joel Hall's professionalism, presentations, market expertise, personal connections and communication made this experience a dream. I have never had to wonder what was going on in this process - he has consistently been proactive in communicating with me. He has solutions to any problem, he follows up on every situation, he explains every process, he continually refreshes his research and his presentation materials are top-notch. He always made time to answer my questions immediately, and every document he prepared was 100% error-free. From our first meeting to the closing date, everything went along with no issues. "Joel was an amazing partner to work with on our recent home purchase. There was an extra layer of complexity as we were moving to Shreveport from out of state and had limited time to see homes. Joel set up multiple visits and helped streamline the process. Once we were ready for an offer Joel helped with multiple counters to get us the best deal possible. He also provided us with resources to do that work. The net result was about seven weeks from listing to closing and with a sell price of about 95% of asking. We could not be happier."

"Joel is THE REALTOR! He took care of every aspect of my house which was everything I needed living over 1,000 miles away from Shreveport. Joel never pressured me into making a deal that I was not comfortable with. I’m comfortable in saying that he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the entire process. If you are looking to part ways with your home from a distance or still local, you need to look no further than Joel. I also really valued the quick responses from both Joel and Raegan.
